We organize Table d’hôtel on demand, if possible. There is no diner à la carte. The chef makes a diner (if needed vegetarian) inspired on what is available on the local market and shops. Enjoy the international company of fellow travelers.

The meat we serve is coming of local cattle. These animals eat only grass and herbs from the mountains. You can taste that! The owners do not have money for additives, hormones etc. You eat biological meat and vegetables!
